SPONSOR SERC 2019 CONFERENCE
In the Spring of 2019, LSU will be hosting the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers Regional Conference. We are expecting 200+ students from the Southeast Region of the United States to attend this event. Scheduled events include several speakers from industry, a corporate panel, plant tours and a technical paper competition. We will also introduce attendees to some traditions and iconic places on the Louisiana State University campus, such as a banquet in Tiger Stadium and visiting the Mike the Tiger enclosure. The weekend will conclude with an awards banquet announcing the winning technical papers and reflection on the weekend.
To make the conference sucesssful, we are asking for your help as a corporate sponsor. With any donation, our company will be listed in the conference program as a sponsor, and a Web link will be created from the conference home page to your company's home page, if applicable. The enclosed form outlines possible monetary and in-kind sponsorship options. However, feel free to suggest a unique option that suits your company.
For us to estimate available funds please make your corporate pledge as soon as possible. The Louisiana State University IISE chapter sincerely appreciates all contributions. Without the generosity of companies like yours, events such as the conference are not possible.
